In standard EVO men’s gymnastics fashion, EVO athletes filled the awards podiums at the 2022 Navy Gymnastics Challenge in Maryland January 21-22, 2022.  Coach Grant was not only proud of their skills but also their perseverance through the exceptionally cold weather for these Florida athletes.  Levels 8, 9 and 10 were crowned champion teams as well as many athletes bringing home individual metals.  We look forward to seeing the men compete in Dallas at the WOGA Classic in Dallas Texas.  Below are the top 3 placements for each level.

Level 10: 1st place team

Level 10 (younger): 

• Ben A: 1st all around, floor, vault, pommel; 2nd on rings & high bar
• Felipe J: 3rd on floor & pommel
• Thomas: 2nd on pommel; 3rd on parallel bars

Level 10 (middle): 

• Jaden B:  1st all around, pommel & parallel bars; 2nd on floor, rings, vault & high bar
• Garrett S: 1st on rings & vault; 2nd on pommel; 3rd all around & on high bar

Level 10 (older): 

• Colby P:  1st on floor; 3rd on pommel

Level 9: 1st place team

Level 9 (younger): 

• Alex B: 1st all around and on pommel, parallel bars, high bar; 2nd on floor & rings
• Hunter S:  2nd on pommel; 3rd all around & on rings & parallel bars 
• Jackson F: 1st on rings

Level 9 (middle): 

• Sammy H: 1st on floor & parallel bars; 2nd on pommel; 3rd all around & on rings
• Diego D: 2nd on parallel bars
• Aven A: 3rd on parallel bars

Level 8: 1st place team

• Jakson K: 1st all around & on floor, pommel, rings & parallel bars; 2nd on high bar
• Torrin F: 2nd all around & on pommel; 3rd on parallel bars & rings 

Level 6:

• Mike C: 1st on pommel; 3rd on vault

Level 5 (younger):

• Mason K: 3rd on pommel
• Owen T: 2nd on rings
